CEO & Founder

Per Søholt is a SmartPort domain expert, operational architect and transformation adviser with more than four decades of experience across shipping, ports, logistics and RoRo and RoPax ferry operations.

His background combines hands-on port and ferry operational management with the design and implementation of terminal-management systems, gate automation, operational data solutions and SmartPort transformation programmes.

Through RoRoIQ and AGICON, Per connects operational requirements, physical infrastructure, technology, systems, data and implementation.

His role is not to promote one predetermined product.

It is to help the participating organisations define the right future operation and identify the capabilities required to implement it.
